Owner & Board Member
James Turiano, President and CEO, is a former U.S. Army Signal, Information Technology, Acquisition Officer and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. With more than 25 years of dedicated service, James retired on 15 October 2015 from the U.S. Army. He has been involved in the development, engineering, and operations of mission-critical applications and emerging technologies since 1996.

Executive Vice President
Serge Menkin, MD, Executive Vice President, is responsible for the leadership of Lighthouse's physician and healthcare business units. Dr. Menkin is trained in Interventional Pain Medicine and Sports Medicine. He has spearheaded the development, staffing, and growth of multiple medical practices throughout his career.
James Naranjo
Senior Project Manager
James Naranjo is an Air Force Veteran, licensed general contractor, and senior project manager focused on leading complex projects to fruition. James has over 30 years of technical experience managing projects in support of the US government, higher education, municipalities, multi-family housing, commercial, and healthcare. This retired Air Force Aerospace Propulsion veteran serves as Lighthouse's Senior Project Manager. James strives to mentor others with technical detailing and project management.
